Shellie Ann Stevens, 40, a loving wife, daughter and mother, died Tuesday, November 14, 2006 in Azle. Funeral: No formal services are scheduled. Shellie Stevens was born October 17, 1966 in Canoga Park, CA to Ronald and Suzanne White. Survivors: loving husband, Jim; two wonderful sons, Zachary and Jeremy; mother,Suzanne; stepmother, Linda; sisters, Kimberly and Amy. She will be incredibly missed by all who knew and loved her.
