Carol Ann Schott, 64, a homemaker, died Saturday, July 29, 2006 in Azle.
No formal services are scheduled.
Carole Ann was born January 16, 1942 to Richard and Estelle Mitchell in Lake Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Chad Michael Schott.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors: sons, Rick Keele and wife Elizabeth, Shaun Schott and wife, Amy all of Azle; daughter, Lisa Hutchinson and husband, Robert of Ponder; grandchildren, Leah and Chris Clinkenbeard, Michael, Alana and Breanna Keele, Zachary Hutchinson, Kobe and Kelton Chad Schott.
