Karolyn Blair, 63, an office manager, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in Azle.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Memorials: Donations in Karolyn's name may be made in lieu of flowers to American Lung Association, 8150 Brookriver Drive, Suite 105, Dallas, TX 75247.
Karolyn was born September 27, 1942 in Caywood, Kentucky to Howard and Hazel Beasley.
Her husband, Joseph L. Blair III, preceded her in death.
Survivors: daughter, Melinda Myers and husband, Dave; son, Joseph P. Blair and wife Laura; grandchildren, Brad, Chris, David, Nikki and Peyton; eight great grandchildren; six sisters and one brother.
