Claudia Jean Whittington, 73, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2005 in Decatur.Graveside Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Claudia was born to Claude and Anna Belle Whittington on April 22, 1932 in Rhome. She was preceded in death by her father and three sisters.Survivors: mother, Anna Belle Whittington; brother, Stewart Whittington; sister, Juanelle Gillespie; numerous nieces and nephews; and friend, Earnestine Butler.
