Ricky Gene (Rick) Gebbie, 46, a Weatherford resident,passed away unexpectedly in his home, Friday, July 15, 2005.Funeral: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 20 at the North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford. Burial: Memory Gardens, Weatherford. Visitation: 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to: North side Baptist Church (Building Fund) 910 N. Main, Weatherford, TX 76086.Rick was born November 19, 1958 in Corning, Iowa to Arthur and Marilyn Gebbie. Rick and Lorie moved to Weatherford in 1979. Whether dealing with work, travel, cars, dogs, sports with his son, Cub Scouts, honey-do's, family or friends, Rick loved life to the fullest. He was know by many and loved by all. We will miss him.Survivors: This unique and wonderful man, leaves his wife of 30 years, Lorie Gebbie; son Josh Gebbie; brothers, Steve and Gene Gebbie of Weatherford; mother and father-in law, Jack and Judy May of Iowa; brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Joanie Palmquist of NE.; a niece, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
