AZLE -- James Donley Jefferson, 52, a loving father and grandfather, died Thursday, February 17, 2005 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Nelson Cemetery in Reno. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. James was born in Fort Worth on April 22, 1952 to Frank D. and Leola McKinney Jefferson. He was a lifelong resident of Briar. James was employed with Howell Instruments for 20 years before taking early retirement due to failing health. Survivors: son, Allan Jefferson and wife Briana of Bucklin, MO.; daughter, Julie Watkins and husband, Michael of Azle; former wife and friend, Bobby Jefferson of Briar; sister, Kathy Greene of Fort Worth; grandchildren, James Aaron, James Brandon, Michael, III and Weldon.
