Kathy Sepulvado Carstarphen

Kathy Sepulvado Carstarphen, 45, passed away Friday, February 4, 2005 in Fort Worth. 

Funeral: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at White's Funeral Home Chapel.

 Burial: DFW National Cemetery. 

Visitation: 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Kathy's name to St. Paul Catholic Church Memorial Fund at 5508 Black Oak Lane, Ft. Worth, TX 76114.

 Kathy was born Dec. 6, 1959 to Joseph and Esther Ezernack Sepulvado in Kittery, Maine. She was a longtime resident of Ft. Worth and Springtown. Kathy graduated in 1978 from Castleberry High School. She was a devoted wife and mother, giving all and expecting little in return. Kathy enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts. 

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Frank and Selina Sepulvado; maternal grandparents, Keelan and Esther Ezernack 

Survivors: Husband, Steven Carstarphen; daughter, Elizabeth Carstarphen; son, Patrick Carstarphen, all of Springtown; parents, Joseph P. and Esther Sepulvado; sister, Karen Hoschar and husband, Harley; brothers, Danny Sepulvado, Tim Sepulvado and wife, Paulette, all of Ft. Worth; and numerous nieces and nephews.
