Richard "Rick" Thomas Perkins, 47, a mechanic, died Saturday January 22, 2005 from complications due to heart surgery.
Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Thursday at White's Azle Chapel.
Burial: 10:00 AM Friday at DFW National Cemetery.
Visitation: 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Richard was born May 26, 1957 to Herbert and Patty Perkins in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was an ex-Marine who served his country in Vietnam. Richard has lived for the last 20 years in Texas 14 of those years in Azle.
Survivors: wife, Jonna Perkins of Azle; children, Dawn, Richelle, James and David Perkins all of Azle; parents, Herbert C. and Patty Perkins of Indiana; brothers, Herb and James of Indiana; sisters, Cherie and Penny of Utah; one grandchild, Alexander.
