Burial: Springtown Cemetery.
Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
Janice Elaine was born August 13, 1964 in McComb, IL. to Cy and Rachel Creasy.
She was a devoted wife and loving mother.
Survivors: Faithful and devoted wife of 10 years to Van of Weatherford; loving mother to sons & daughters, Justin Fields, Joe Mason and Jeff Mason, Brittnay Mason and Marlana Fields all of Weatherford; mother, Rachel Creasy of McCombs, IL.; brothers, Mark Creasy and Chuck Creasy; sisters, Cheryl Swisegood, Reanna Peterman, Kathy Goodel and Anita Brown.
