Rosalia Carter, 88, died Saturday, July 3, 2004 in Ft. Worth.

Funeral: 11 am, Thursday, July 8, at White's Chapel of Memories.

Burial: Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas.

Will Lie in state 10 am-4 pm, Wednesday at White's Funeral Home.

Rosalia was born Oct. 7, 1915 to James and Dora May Bell in Brentwood, Arkansas.

Survivors: Son, Hal Armstrong and wife, Arlene of Ft. Worth; grandson, Marc Armstrong of Arlington; and niece, Betty Duke-Rhud of Plano.
