She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wayne Forgason, Jr. in 1994.
Survivors: daughters, Debra Rodriguez of Azle, Susan Daniels, of Winslow AR, Tamera Taylor of Poolville; son John Wayne Forgason III of Azle; brother, Bobby Tyler of North Richland Hills; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
