M. G. Hess, Jr., 81, passed away peacefully at his home in Parker County after a lengthy illness on May 31, 2004.Graveside service: 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at Springtown Cemetery.Mr. Hess was born June 14, 1922 in Fort Worth to Milton Guiles and Lula Mae Reddick Hess. He was a retired Fort Worth Firefighter.Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Lena Ruth Hess of Springtown; sons, Bill Hess and wife Sarah of Springtown, and Bob Hess of Springtown; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
