Charlie "Chuck" Jordan, 48, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord Saturday, April 17, 2004 in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Monday, White's Azle Chapel.
Burial: Azleland Cemetery.
Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
Charlie was born to Cozelle And Charlie Jordan, Sr. September 8, 1955 in Dallas. He was a life long resident of Azle. Charlie enjoyed gardening, fishing, golfing and spending quality time with his family. He was foreman with 30 years of service at Integrated Interiors.
Charlie was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Jordan, Sr. and 2 grandsons
Survivors: Devoted wife of 23 years, Roseanne; daughters, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Victoria; son Jeff; mother, Cozelle Jordan; sisters, Vicki Marusak and Judy White; 11 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
