SPRINGTOWN -- David L. Lynes, 57, an auto mechanic, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in Springtown. Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Lajunta Baptist Church. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at LaJunta Baptist Church. David was born July 21, 1946, in Fredonia, Kan., to Christopher C. Lynes and N. Opal Hoyt Lynes. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura. Survivors: Daughters, Katrina Dehart, Delores Robinson, Barbara Rister, Rebecca Lynes, Jeannie Lynes and Krista Jamison; sons, Eric Lynes and Paul Lynes; brothers, Ron Lynes, Aden Lynes and William Lynes; sister, Martha Corbin; 13 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.White's Funeral Home Springtown, (817) 220-7111
