Clarence Earl Bevers

Clarence Earl Bevers, 63, passed away Saturday morning February 26, 2004 at his home in Weatherford.

Clarence was born in Graford, Texas on December 4, 1941 to D.P. and Carrie Swinney Bevers. He was retired from Lone Star Gas Company.Clarence was a member of the Church of Christ in Graford. He was a 25 year member of the Parker County sheriff's Posse. Clarence loved hunting, fishing, bar-b-queing and doing things with his two grandsons, James and Kaleb, who were the apple of his eye.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Cecil Bevers and Billy Joe Bevers.

Survivors include wife of 45 years, Gayle Wells Bevers; son, Brad Bevers; daughter, Karol Bevers Bridges; Grandsons, James Bridges and Kaleb Bevers, all of Weatherford; brother, Royce Bevers and wife, Lynne of Cleburne; and sister, Dee and husband, Bob Urban of San Francisco.

Memorial Services are scheduled 11 a.m. Thursday, March 3, 2005 at Bethel United Methodist Church, Weatherford.
