Bertha Mae Owens, 86, a homemaker, passed away Friday, January 23, 2004 at a Weatherford nursing home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2004 at White's Funeral Home Springtown.
Burial: Springtown Cemetery.
Visitation: 2-4 p.m., Sunday at White's Funeral Home.
Bertha was born January 5, 1918 in Agnes to John and Bamie Thomas Lynch. She was a loving mother and wife.
Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Pete" Owens on Oct. 16, 1989.
Survivors: Sons, Robert Owens and wife, Billie of Annetta, Jimmy Owens and wife, Jackie of Austin; daughters, Ethel Lester and husband, Gene of Reno, and Mary Jones of Pluto, MO; six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
