W. G. "Bill" Duke, 86, a postal carrier, died Sunday, December 28, 2003.
W.G. "Bill" was born February 27, 1917 in San Antonio to Jessie C. and Augusta Wille Duke. He was a thirty year employee with the United States Postal Service. Mr. Duke had been a resident of Weatherford since 1990, and he was a member of the North Main Church of God.
Mr. Duke was preceded in death by his wife Lola Mae Duke in 1989 and a son, Roger A. Duke in 2002.
Survivors include wife, Hazel Duke of Weatherford; sons, Harvey Duke, and Calvin Duke; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
