Hazel Ward, 72, a retired accountant, died Friday, December 19, 2003 at a Weatherford nursing center.
Hazel Robertson Ward was born January 5, 1931 in Denton County, Texas to Carl Avern and Hazel Gladys McFarland Robertson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include husband, C.W. Ward; mother-in-law, Iola Ward; children, Judy Phillips, Patricia Smith and husband, Steve, David Ward; grandchildren, Michelle Braim, Jacquelyn Van Helden, Brett Plowman, Kelsey Seidel, and Derek Ward; 11 great grandchildren.
