Darrell Patrick Howard

Darrell Howard, 51, a field supervisor, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, in Fort Worth. 

Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at White's Chapel.

 Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Darrell's wishes were for donations to be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 410, Dallas, Texas 75244. 

Mr. Howard was born March 28, 1952, in Fort Worth to Bill and Jo Howard. 

Survivors: Wife, Carolyn Howard of Azle; sons, Gary Jones and wife, Jennifer, of Greeley, Colo., Billy Jones and wife, LeeAnn, of Fort Worth; daughter, Renisa Barrington and husband, Russell, of Springtown; sister, Marcine Coburn and husband, Byron, of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother, Mark Howard of Phoenix; and grandchildren, Chloe, Shelbie, Nigel, Austin, Matthew, Madison, Justin, Jackie, Cole, Tyler and Christopher.
