W. Z. Lord

Rev. W.Z. Lord, 83, died Sunday, November 2, 2003 at a Fort Worth nursing facility.

William Z. Lord was born in Crowville, LA February 8, 1920 to Walter Smith and Lena Beaube Lord. He had been an ordained Church of God minister since 1955. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Survivors include wife of 63 years, Mildred Lord of Weatherford; daughters, Faye Stamper and husband, James of Fort Worth, Linda Diane Boyd and husband, Mike of Hurst; son, William Ronnie Lord and wife, LaDonna of Fort Worth; four grandchildren, Kimberley Cole, Jeffrey Lord, Jaime Cox, Charles Boyd; three step grandsons, Mike Boyd, Chris Boyd, Colby Cole; one great granddaughter, Christian Denney; sisters, Lucille Morrison of LA, Sarah McDaniel of Miss., Bertha Turner of Miss., Rachel Lowe, of Miss.; brothers, Archie Lord of Miss., Jack Lord of Miss., Daniel Lord of Miss.
