Maudy Lee Chadwell

Maudy Lee Chadwell, 86, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2003 in Azle.

Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at Hilltop Family Church in Springtown. 

Burial: Springtown Cemetery. 

Visitation: 7-9 p.m. Monday at White's Funeral Home. 

Maudy Chadwell was born January 1, 1917 in View, Texas. She had lived in the Springtown area since 1951. Maudy retired from Chadwell and Son Gas Company, established in 1959, after 30 years.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Odell Chadwell in 1998. 

Survivors: Son, Kenneth Chadwell and wife, Vernell, of Springtown; granddaughter, Catherine Chadwell; three grandsons, Keith Chadwell and wife, Karen, Kevin Chadwell and wife, Tammy, Kerry Chadwell and wife, Lorena, all of Springtown; five great-granddaughters, Krystal, Kassie, Kaymie, Alexis, and Isabel Chadwell, all of Springtown; two great-grandsons, Kasey and Alex Chadwell, both of Springtown; Nephew, Charles Lotton of Chino, CA; niece, Nita Cole of Upper Saddle River, NJ; and numerous nieces and nephews.
