Ruby Adalyn Sharpe Wilson

Ruby Adalyn Sharpe Wilson, 95, died Tuesday, October 21, 2003 in a local nursing facility.

Ruby was born January 31, 1908 in the Dicey Community in north east Parker County. She attended the Dicey schools through the tenth grade, when she transferred to Weatherford High School and graduated in 1926. She attended Weatherford College and North Texas State College. 

Ruby married Buford Wilson on August 21, 1930. They taught school until Mr. Wilson became a Texas State employee in March 1942. Together they lived in Austin and Fort Worth until moving to Weatherford in 1970. Ruby was a member of Couts Memorial United Methodist Church of Weatherford. 

Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Wilson in 1977.

Ruby is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
