James Charles Smith

James Charles Smith, 77, died Saturday, September 6, 2003 at his home.

Graveside Services: 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 8, 2003 at Aurora Cemetery.

 James was born June 19, 1926 in Oxford, Mississippi to Thomas and Flora Richardson Smith. He was former owner of Appliance Service Company. 

James was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Smith; son, Rickey Smith; parents; three brothers, Bill, Kenneth and Ray Lewis. 

Survivors: children, Kerry Coates and husband Larry of Farmington, Utah, Ron Smith and wife, Maudi of Weatherford; eight grandchildren, Justin Smith, Jimmy Smith, Ronny Smith, Travis Coates, Trent Coates, Troy Coates, Tyler Coates and Tawny Millar; 12 great grandchildren, Tamara, Kyle, Tyler, Kaylie, Kerry, Rowan, Grace, Stacey, Keith, Carlie, Nico, and Payton; and sister, Virginia Lenderman.
