John Edward Schwartz, 58, a retired tool maker with LTV, died Tuesday, September 2, 2003 in Azle. Funeral: 4 p.m. Friday at White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Springtown Cemetery Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to a charity of choice in John's name. Mr. Schwartz was born Jan. 10, 1945 to Ralph L. and Elsie Sypak Schwartz. He was a 20-year resident of Azle and a 32nd Mason. His mother preceded him in death. Survivors: Son, Jonathan Schwartz of Azle; father, Ralph Schwartz of Abilene; sister, Betty Dodd and husband, David; nieces, Sharon Benson and husband, Roger, Janet Dodd; nephew, Daniel Benson, all of Houston; numerous extended family and friends.
