Mary Frances Pickard

Mary Frances Pickard, 78, a homemaker, died Thursday, August 7, 2003 at a Weatherford nursing home.Mary Frances Pickard was born April 17, 1925 to Robert and Maranda Roark Barber, pioneers of the Greenwood Community of Parker County. She was a member of the Santa Fe Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Pickard and son, Robert Lyon; sister, Reat Polk and brother, Johnny Barber.She is survived by her son, Hoss E. Pickard of Dumas, Texas; grandchildren, Justin and Johnna Pickard; sisters, Claranne Crumpton of Dallas, Texas, Bobbie Nowak of Mineral Wells, Texas, Martha Colliflower of Weatherford; sister-in-law, Jo Barber of Granbury; and many nieces and nephews.
