Betty Jo Gallaway

Betty Jo Gallaway, age 78, died Saturday, July 26, 2003 in Fort Worth.Betty Jo Gallaway was born on June 2, 1925 in Graford, Texas to Otis Allen and Cassie Johnson Lewis. She was an active member of Central Christian Church. Betty loved to throw parties and family events. She was a mother to four generations and had a zest for life. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Gallaway; a daughter, Marcia Carole Fisler; and a grandson, Michael Gallaway. Survivors include, sons, Benny J. Gallaway and wife, Nancy, Michael L. Gallaway and wife, Brenda; daughter, Sheri Cartwright and husband, Bob; grandchildren, Karen Alderete, Shelly Wilbur, Tim Turner, Jamie Williams, Becky Head, Sara Gaines, Jodi Wilson, and Gabe Gallaway; 9 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Bill Lewis, Lou Parvin, Jane Eikenbary, Nancy Davis, Carmen Lewis, Jim Lewis, and Jenny Barham; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
