Mildred Plumlee

Mildred Plumlee, 86, died Saturday, July 19, 2003 at a Weatherford nursing facility. Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Victory Baptist Church. Burial: East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Mildred Geraldine Plumlee was born July 29, 1916 in Santo to Charles and Mary Leverette Driskill. She had resided in Weatherford since 1971, formerly living in Millsap. At one time she attended Weatherford College to study the Bible. Mrs. Plumlee was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Plumlee in July 1981. Survivors: Stepsons, L. C. Plumlee of Millsap and Clyde Plumlee of Trenton, Okla.; brother, David Driskill and wife, Novelda of Florence, S. Caro.; nieces, Bea Stults and husband, Fred of Weatherford, and Monnett White and husband, Dick of Santo; and numerous nieces and nephews residing out of state.
