Chloe Ash was born in Briar on September 12, 1917. Mrs. Ash was a member of First Baptist Church of Briar. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Robert Ash on June 23, 1970.Survivors: Sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Ray and Rita Ash, Donald Wayne and Barbara Ash, Larry Dale and Kala Ash; sisters, Ruth Hall, Bonnie Nabers; brothers, Knox Ford, Bob Ford; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
